I am delighted to have been asked to present the keynote at the SQL Server Konferenz 2014, organised by the German SQL PASS chapter. My opening session, titled Data Science with SQL Server, will outline approaches to advanced analytics that SQL Server enables, based on my decade-long experience of doing just that, presently using SQL Server in its current version. I will, however, also talk about the future of this interesting occupation, in particular in view of the upcoming, new technologies.

My second session, a breakout one, will dive into the core area of my competency, data mining with SQL Server Analysis Services. If you wanted to learn everything about this subject but you only had 1 hour to spare, please come to my presentation.
